Easy Weight Loss Plan: A Simple Secret To Ensure Weight Loss Sucess

I know what you are thinking “Easy Weight Loss Plan”, Ya, Right! As a doctor I am always been given information by patients on this and that diet or strategy and it can be unbelievably confusing.

Even as a doctor, I am confused. I have taken all sorts of course on nutrition and health and to be quite honest it is all a little over the top for me.

I hear all sorts of great evidence to support eating carbs, not eating carbs, eating lots of protein and not eating any protein especially from animal products.

While creating more information for my blog, I can across a program that at first looked like another diet but when I actually read through the material, it absolutely blew me away.

The concept that you have to completely resrict what you eat and how much you exercise is completely false, and I sort of already had that feeling.

Heres the thing, eating more or eating less is not the key it is timing your eating so that you maximize your metabolic burn.

This explains a lot for me as a doctor because there are many times I have patients who say they have lots weight yet spent the last two days at a buffet table.

If you want to lose weight you need to cycle through consuming more food with less food. Our bodies work and function like waves they are sometimes up and sometimes down.

If you can figure out when to ride the wave and when not too, you have figured out the harmonic balance of the body.

A simple test is to spend a couple weeks exercising on a regular basis everyday doning your favorite activity, but go through periods of eating more calories followed by periods of eating less calories.

Monitor you weight everyday and make note of when your weight starts to drop is it on days after you eat more calories or on days when you eat less calories.

Then it is a matter of mastering the weight loss with your cycle. You can find a more detailed explanation at easy weight loss plan

Are you sick and tired of diets? tired of trying to figure out what is the best way to lose weight? After years of research I finally found an easy weight loss planthat works. Check it out at http://www.weightlosschronicles.com/thinneryou

Utilizing The Food Pyramid For A Healthy Diet Plan

In our never-ending quest to be slim and fit, different people have different ideas about what type of body looks best. And due to this diversity in opinion, some of us are going to the extremes of the dieting spectrum. Losing weight is one thing, starving ourselves is completely something else. And the worst part is it’s very unhealthy. Our bodies need certain nutrients – including fat – to help keep us alert, focused and energized. And depriving ourselves of the essentials that we need to achieve the highest level of functionality is detrimental in more ones than one. We might be losing weight at a rapid rate by practicing our chosen eating habits (or lack of), but what’s the point if we’re sick as a result of it? If you want to keep fit and slim, follow a healthy diet plan that will abide by you not just for right now, but throughout the years to come as well.

The USDA food pyramid is something that we’re all familiar with, but seem to ignore. It was specifically devised to help us reach our fullest nutritional potential and even though it can tend to be a little confusing (which is mainly why we disregard it), the main components ring true at any extent and should always be incorporated into a healthy diet plan. The food pyramid was actually revised in 2005 to indicate six food groups in lieu of there previously only being three. And there’s no skimping allowed with it either – serving sizes are mandated, big or small – which will not only guarantee that you’re getting your daily requirements, but it will also ensure that you’re eating, period. Following are the six required elements and their applicable serving sizes as reflected on the current, recently-revised pyramid that now includes three protein subgroups.

1. Protein Sub-group: Fats, Oils and Sweets (in moderation)
2. Protein Sub-group: Milk, Yogurt and Cheese – 2 to 3 servings
3. Protein Sub-groups: Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Eggs and Nuts – 2 to 3 servings
4. Carbohydrates: Bread, Cereal, Rice and Pasta – 2 to 11 servings
5. Vegetables – 3 to 5 servings
6. Fruits – 2 to 4 servings

And know that the best part of the food pyramid’s daily requirements is that you can mix it up. Just because it says ‘grains’, doesn’t mean it has to be boring. There really is an abundance of food choices for each different group. For example, fruit and vegetable servings can include juice as well – you don’t necessarily have to wolf down 4 apples a day. You just have to take a little time to discover which choices you enjoy the most and make you happiest as you follow your healthy diet plan.

And if you’ve got any chronic health issues that require certain necessary dietary habits, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, a thyroid condition, always consult with your physician before making any changes to your eating habits. He or she can map out the healthy diet plan that will work best for you, not against you, and in most cases, improve and maintain your overall well-being, not only from a nutritional standpoint.

Amazing Tips That Can Make or Break Your Fat Loss Plan

With all the fat loss plans on the market – how do you know which one will work for you? Here are some guidelines to use to help your decision.

Keep it simple. If a fat loss plan uses recipes that are complicated and extensive, it may cost you more time and money than you have.

Check out the eating program or recipes to the plan ahead of time, if you can. If each lunch and dinner is completely different, your new program might require an extensive grocery list, This may require you to spend a lot of money on new ingredients such as expensive meats, condiments, spices, and kitchen equipment, if you don’t already have it.

Read the recipes to see if you really have the time to make them. Keep in mind that when you come home from work, or school, you might be more tired and not willing to take time to cook. Will this stop you from staying on your fat loss plan? With all these in mind – the best approach is to keep it simple.

Some whole food supplements can be very beneficial for a fat loss program. These include whole food vitamins, essential fatty acids, and green tea or green tea supplements.

The types of nutrition found in these supplements are easily used by your body, as opposed to your traditional vitamin supplements. Whole food supplements are considered food and the nutrients are more easily absorbed.

These types of nutrients help you during a fat loss program in many ways. They can help reduce internal inflammation (a contributor to heart disease among other things), control food cravings, shed body fat easier and can even help keep your mood elevated and your energy up.

Fiber supplements can also be a helpful addition to your fat loss plan. It will help absorb bad cholesterol and help your body shed toxins, which may be stored in fat cells making them larger. Extra fiber can also help your body remove built up waste, which may contribute to excess weight and fat.

Be sure to incorporate some type of exercise. Exercise quickens fat loss and shapes your body as you lose weight. It also helps elevate your mood and gives you energy. Remember a body is motion, stays in motion.

Drink plenty of fresh, spring water. It helps your body flush toxins and fat to keep it moving out. It also keeps your skin healthy and fresh and what you may not realize, being depleted in water can lead to headaches, nausea and fatigue.

Drinking tea will not replace water. Most teas contain some natural caffeine, which causes you to eliminate more liquid than is healthy. So, while some teas are a good supplement, they are not a replacement.

If you don’t like the taste of water, add lemon, lime or even a squeeze of orange into your glass. It will be enough to flavor the water without adding too much sugar. And since taste is an acquired or developed sense, you will soon enjoy water if you don’t already.

Avoid drinking diet sodas or anything with artificial sweeteners. Diet sodas also can cause you to eliminate more liquid than you consume, leaving you dehydrated. Then there is controversy about whether artificial sweeteners are safe or not.

Add to this the fact that it costs the food industry only a small fraction of the cost of using natural sweeteners, so it is in their best interest that you consume these. But is it in your best interest? It is probably best to switch to healthy, natural water.

Be sure you eat plenty of fresh, whole organic fruits and vegetables. No one ever got fat from eating too much fruit. And your body needs these foods for the nutrients, the fibers and the natural vitamin water they contain.

The whole, raw fruit or vegetable is the most filling and takes time to chew. This gives your body time to register the “full feeling” so you are less likely to overeat. Try starting every meal with a fresh green salad and be sure your plate is at least half vegetables.

Using these common sense tips can help you on your fat loss plan. They can help you stay healthy while losing weight and even save you money. Take care of your body and it will take care of you for a long, long time.
